Tom Turley: Condo builder and avid golfer

Tom Turley is a Construction Manager at Village Communities. He oversees the construction of free standing new condos at the Willows at Preserve Crossing in Gahanna, Ohio.

Tom works hard each and every day to make sure that your new Columbus, Ohio condominium build goes smoothly from start to finish. His attention to detail and ability to coordinate with all of our material suppliers makes him a favorite of everyone on the Village Team.

Working at Village Communities

Tom joined Village Communities in 2010. He has experience working for various builders building new condos in Columbus, Ohio and Charlotte, North Carolina. Having worked in the industry for 29 years, he finds working with the customers to be his favorite part of the job. Sometimes he finds that it can be difficult to make everyone happy; however, based on his experience, Tom usually can resolve any surprise, keep the project on track and our clients pleased with the outcome.

Fun facts about Tom

In his spare time, you’ll find Tom cooking, gardening or working on his golf game. In fact, if he could have any other job, he would work at a golf course.

His favorite aspect of living in Central Ohio is the small town feel in a bigger city which allows him to meet up with friends and family in the many different local, friendly neighborhoods.

When asked what he would do if he won the lottery tomorrow, Tom simply stated, “I’d go to the lottery office and cash that ticket in!”

Tom currently resides in Pickerington, Ohio with his big black lab named Brutus. You think he might like the Buckeyes?
